NOTHING is provided for in your oath of office to swear any loyalty to any individual or agency.
Your oath specifically binds your loyalty to the United States Constitution and the rule of law. 
Anything else is a violation of your oath and your honor.

  • Oath of Office for all federal employees:
    (FBI, CBP, DOJ,ATF,Office workers...EVERYONE!)
    • "I, [name], do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God."

  • Legal Basis
    • The oath is prescribed by Section 3331 of Title 5, United States Code, and is required for all commissioned officers in the uniformed services.

  • Oath of Enlistment is as follows:

    "I, _____, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God."

Local and State Law Enforcement basic oath.

"I, [name], do solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the duties of a Police Officer in the City of [jurisdiction], and that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the United States of America, and to the [jurisdiction], and that I will preserve, protect and defend the Constitution and laws of the United States and of the State [state], and that I will faithfully perform my duties as a Police Officer, and that I will not use my office for personal gain or to harm any person or persons. I will uphold the laws and regulations of the [jurisdiction], and I will protect the rights and safety of all individuals within my community. I will conduct myself with integrity, honesty, and transparency, and I will avoid any behavior that may compromise my professional judgment or integrity. I will respect the human rights and dignity of all individuals, including those in custody or under my care."

 Section 3331 of Title 5

An individual, except the President, elected or appointed to an office of honor or profit in the civil service or uniformed services, shall take the following oath: I, AB, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God. This section does not affect other oaths required by law.
